Booking with us is simple:
Straightforward Pricing: Service rates are listed on this page so there are no surprises.
Reservation Made Easy: Your reservation fee will be applied directly to your final bill after your service is complete.
Travel Made Simple: A minimum $50 trip charge is added to every invoice. This covers travel time and expenses. If your location is farther away, the trip charge may be higher
Flexible Scheduling: You can book multiple services in one visit, with up to 8 hours per booking.

Toilet problems with leaking around the tank, the flush level is malfunctioning or the toilet continues running, your toilet needs to be rebuilt. We rebuild the parts within the toilet tank. Includes Labor and materials*. *Does not include wax seal

Remove and replace 1 bathroom fan using standard techniques with client supplied fan. For homes built in 1960 or later.
